Unissued USGI Helmet Headband for M1 Steel Pot Liners and PASGT Helmets — Extra Small, Sealed in Original Packaging, 1986
A genuine, never-issued U.S. government headband, still sealed in its original plastic bag with the original label. It was made for the PASGT Kevlar helmet, and it also fits M1 liners. It is not the original M1 sweatband, which is a separate part. We tested it at our store with the unissued 1987 removable M1 liner suspension we sell. The clips attach and the pair fits well. Both parts come from the final years of the M1’s service.

Fits:
- Tested with: the removable M1 liner suspension, 1987. (Fits perfectly and adjustable check last photos)
- Design: This headband was made for the PASGT Kevlar helmet and was produced under a 1986 contract, a year before the unissued 1987 M1 liner suspension we sell, both from the last years of M1 service. Some sellers use PASGT headbands in M1 liners. We tested this one with the suspension, and the clips attach and it fits well.the extra small PASGT helmet.
- Not verified: the 1997 hook-and-loop PASGT suspension, MICH or ACH helmets, and other M1 liner types.
