Pottstown Army Navy is a privately owned retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any other government or military. Terms such as "USGI," "military issue," and "genuine surplus" describe where an item came from, not any relationship with a government. Military names, insignia, and markings appear only to describe items accurately.
Product safety
Many of our items are vintage or surplus goods sold for collecting, display, and general outdoor use, not as certified safety equipment. Gas masks and filters are display items only and must not be used for protection; some vintage filters may contain asbestos. Medical items may be expired or non-sterile and are not for treating injuries. Helmets, goggles, and similar gear are not certified protective equipment. Knives and cutting tools are sold to adults only. Never point a laser at a person, vehicle, or aircraft. Section 3 of our Terms of Service has the full safety terms.
Historical items
Some items carry symbols of historical governments, armies, or movements. They are offered for historical, educational, and collecting purposes only and are not an endorsement of any ideology.
Export notice
We ship only within the United States. Some military items may be subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. Buyers may not export or transfer items in violation of those laws.
